Blooms and Butterflies Color Challenge 7

BB color chal 7

Our colors today were, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry!

I have to be honest, this was totally our of my comfort zone!  I am really not a fan of orange, unless its for Halloween, Boys Card or Fall themed.

For this Design I used the Stampin’ Write Markers.  I love a stacked cake stamp design colored with different colors.  This was a 10 X 5 Crushed Curry CS Folded in half for a 5 X 5 card.  I used Quatrefancy Specialty DSP, in Pumpkin Pie color designed background cut at 4 3/4 square, then another piece of Whisper White CS cut 4 1/2 square stamped with Make a Wish stamp set,  with the cake design and lets celebrate.   I cut and 1 1/8 strip of Melon Mambo run through the Big Shot with the Modern Mosaic embossing folder to correspond with the DSP behind it!

This card was quick and simple!  Very easy to have a couple on hand for a last minute party to run out the door with!

Tip: The Crushed Curry Cardstock does not come in 12 x 12 sheets, so if you plan on using this for a workshop or large qty’s you may want to change to Daffodil Delight to avoid waste of several sheets of paper to make a 5 x 5 card or change the dimension to a regular A2 card.  4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  Also some of the markers are not individually sold but only come in the  color collection they are in.
