The colors for this challenge are Wisteria Wonder. Soft Sky and Sahara Sand. Please visit Brandyscards.com for more ideas from this color challenge!
I have not purchased Sahara Sand yet so I had to substitute for Crumb cake. I think this color combination is totally versatile for either color from the neutrals collection! Give it a try!
I love making little notecards for gifts! It adds just a little more to a gift then just a gift tag!
To make this type of card you will need a 7 1/2 x 3 piece of Whisper White CS, scored at the 2 and 5 inch marks. I took a pc of scrap Crumb Cake and it measured 1 3/4 x 2 3/4, stamped a background with one of the Mixed Bunch stamps with all 3 colors and on the Flap of the envelope. I used the stamp off method for the background to have a more subtle look then true ink. Then took a strip of Wisteria Wonder. used the scallop Punch, and also punched the Whisper White strip too, both 3 inches long. Then using the stampin write markers I colored my Caterpillar in of the Bug Me stamp set and stamped him in the middle of my strip of white CS. I finished off the sentiment using the Petite Pairs stamp set with” Welcome Baby”! I punched out a 7/8 Scalloped Circle punch and Itty Bitty flower shape punch then a rhinestone for the center. I used the stampin dimensionals on only half of the scalloped circle to enclose the top half of the card. Snug as a bug and so cute!

Gumball Green, Chocolate Chip and Soft Sky
This week our teams color challenge was Gumball Green, Chocolate Chip and Soft Sky! Everyone that is attending Stampin’ Up! convention is posting a day early so here you go!
I was at a loss for this challenge because I ran out of Chocolate Chip card stock, totally forgot to restock it. I wanted to create something I could use for boys birthday parties as well which the colors were a perfect fit for. This is just a quick and easy card for this week . A rectangle run through the Big Shot (113439) with the Stripes embossing folder (123128). I also stamped the striped banner with Hearts a Flutter (w 131922 c 129252) stamp set and used the Big Shot again with the corresponding Hearts a Flutter framelits (130159). I used the Tombow glue (110755) to adhere to the underside of the Gumball Green CS. The banners were easily able to be straightened with the glue rather then using the snail adhesive. I then stamped the Happy Birthday from Bring on the Cake stamp set(w 128490 c 121958) with Stazon Black (101406), then coloring in Birthday with the Blender markers dipped in each stamp pad for a softer look to the color. With a snip of the scissors to flag then end then popping that birthday banner up with dimensionals finished the look!

Glad you stopped by! Have a great day!
The Swallowtail Stamp has been displayed so many different ways. I wanted to try it using some different accessories by adding color and glitz! This stamp was a perfect Investment for $13.95, I think it suits for any occasion, happy or sad.
I used Raspberry Ripple (126842), Gumball Green(126840) and Pool Party (122924) cardstock for the colors and layered them on top of Pool Party as my base card. I used Versa Mark(102283) and Pool Party embossing powder(129398), once set I brushed illuminate glimmer watermark ink (126857) over it once the embossing was heated and set. It made the embossing pop and glow. I used the Stampin’ write markers in Raspberry Ripple and Gumball Green(126856) to ink the “make a wish” stamp. I stamped the image on about an inch and 1/8 strip then left the tab out and fed it through the New Artisan Label punch (130920) to punch one end of the label then the other. I did not measure but used a scrap strip of Pool Party to be adhere behind the sentiment to make it pop with dimensionals.
Stamps: Swallowtail (c 129216 w 131943) , Make a Wish (c 129222, w 131928)
